IMPULSE – ANTI-DECUBITUS ALTERNATING PRESSURE MATTRESS

The IMPULSE IM100-11021 is pressure redistribution overlay system used as an aid in the prevention and treatment of pressure ulcers of all categories. The pump can operate in alternating or static mode.

The complete system includes: pump, mattress overlay and top cover. The mattress overlay is made of transverse interchangeable cells. The system is suitable for a wide range of care settings in all kind of facilities and home care.

It is recommended for round-the-clock pressure ulcer prevention and management of all pressure ulcer stages. The pump can operate in pressure alternating, static, CLP – continous low pressure or full inflation mode. The system has the Easy Turn Technology function, i.e. lateral tilts and continuous patient rotation (one- or two-sided) manually activated. The mattress is made of transverse removable cells.

The pump can operate in the following modes: pressure alternating, static, pulsating or full inflation mode. The system has the Advanced Turn Technology function, i.e. lateral tilts and continuous patient rotation (one- or two-sided).

Lateral tilt and rotation can be carried out during each operating mode. The replacement mattress is made of transverse removable cells and equipped with lateral cells to protect the patient from both sides.
